NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort is seeking two Casual Guest Service Attendants to join the Front Office team. You will be the first smiling face for guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and inquiries while balancing multiple tasks in a rapid-paced, festive period.

You’ll use multiple systems for reservations and payments, provide local recommendations, and ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure. Versatile shifts from 8:00am–8:00pm with a robust customer-service focus.
