Depending on your experience and strengths, you could be leading a team, smashing sales targets, creating an incredible in-store experience, or keeping the engine room running behind the scenes.

You could be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring your team to smash sales targets and KPIs
n
Driving store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control and shrinkage
n
Creating an exceptional customer experience and motivating your team to do the same
n
Receiving and processing high volumes of stock with speed and accuracy
n
Keeping the stockroom organised, efficient and ready for action
n
Maintaining an exciting,



on-brand store environment

Jumping onto the shop floor and supporting your team wherever needed

What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for people who bringenergy, personality and a genuine passion for sneakers and streetwear.
n
You'll ideally have:
n

A passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience
n
A strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture
n
Previous retail, leadership or stockroom experience — a bonus, but not essential
n
A motivated, driven"Make It Happen"attitude
n
The confidence and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
n
Flexible availability across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required
