The successful applicants will:

•Experience or a passion for menu creation.
•Work and operate a kitchen on your own during your shift
•Support breakfast, all-day dining, and/or light evening service depending on shift.
•Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
•Maintain the portioning food levels.
•Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
•Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards.
•Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
•Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
•Assist Head chef with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen organization.
•Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.




•Regulating temperature for different cooking equipment(grill/oven).

Position-Full Time (38hours/week)
Salary-$75,000 to $80,000 a year plus Super
Experience – Minimum 1-2 years
Qualification -Cert 3 in commercial Cookery or equivalent
Preference will be given to Australian Citizens/PR
