About the role
You will be supporting two individuals who share a home but have vastly different daily lives, routines, and goals. You will act as the grounding presence in the home—a calm, neutral anchor who maintains harmony and structure. This is a highly rewarding home care position supporting two incredible individuals with low physical support needs. Because physical demands are low, this role focuses on the profound work of building trust, facilitating daily routines, and ensuring the setting remains a calm, predictable sanctuary for both tenants.
