Leadership Role Where You Can Truly Make a Difference

As our highly respected Centre Director at C&K; Newmarket, you'll lead a protected, supportive and inspiring learning environment for children, families, educators and the broader community. Through your leadership, expertise and passion for early childhood education, you'll foster a culture where everyone feels valued, connected and empowered to thrive.

Leading our 57-place early learning centre, you'll be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You'll inspire and mentor a dedicated team of educators, build strong and meaningful partnerships with families, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

What you'll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
n
Experienced Nominated Supervisor highly desirable
n
Completion of the National Child Safety Training - Foundation Certificate
n
First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
n
Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
n
Current Police Check
n
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
