Sydney Water is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will shape workforce capability, organisational effectiveness and people outcomes that support business performance, reporting to the Manager People and Culture.
You will partner with leaders to translate priorities into people plans, provide strategic advice on workforce planning, talent management and employee performance, and coach leaders to build capability and high performing teams.
