Bapcor is seeking a customer-focused Collections Officer to join our Shared Services team. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive timely collections and resolve account queries across multiple business units and ERP systems.

Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, you will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, support adherence to trading terms and credit policies, and contribute to reducing aged debt in a quick-paced environment.
