City of Geelong is seeking a Team Leader to support the Aquatic Operations Coordinator in the protected and efficient day-to-day operation of the City's outdoor aquatic facilities. You will lead onsite staff, contribute to rostering and staff development, oversee pool presentation and assist with pool plant operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable customer experience.
