About the Role
The Service Manager oversees all aspects of the service department, ensuring timely repairs, effective workflow, and exceptional customer service. This role manages service technicians, coordinates job administration, and fosters solid client relationships while achieving organizational sales and profit objectives. The Service Manager also promotes a safe, productive, and motivated team setting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage up to 10 service technicians, including apprentices.
Schedule jobs and complete all related administration, including job cards and invoices.
Coordinate workflow, accounting for seasonal peaks and operational demands.
Liaise with customers to build lasting,



repeat business relationships.
Oversee logistics and control costs in line with financial objectives.

Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in staff management with proven leadership skills.
Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to delegate, multitask, sequence work, and finalise work plans.
Committed to excellence, self-reliant, and adherent to company policy.
Forklift licence desirable.
