Job Description

Care Super is seeking a driven qualified to join our Employer Growth team in a hybrid, Australia-wide role. You will secure current employer partnerships, drive membership growth, and manage prospects from prospecting to onboarding.

Reporting to the Manager, Employer Growth, you will build relationships with HR leaders and C‑suite stakeholders, deliver tailored superannuation solutions, and work across Growth & Partnerships to achieve commercial outcomes.
