THE POSITION
n

Oversee the delivery of food and soft facilities management services across a portfolio of prestigious independent schools and universities.
n
Lead and develop operational teams to ensure excellence, efficiency, and a strong customer focus.
n
Partner with clients to strengthen relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
n
Drive business performance through strategic planning, financial management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
n
Leading and driving new site mobilisations.
n
Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation with an unwavering commitment to our brand standards and quality focus.

THE PERSON
n
n
Solid and effective leadership skills; the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
n
Highly developed commercial skills with experience managing complex contracts and/or P&Ls.;
n




Proven leadership experience within food services, hospitality, or facilities management at a senior/State level.
n
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering on budgets, growth, and client outcomes.
n
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
n
Strategic thinker who can balance operational detail with big-picture planning.
n
