About the Role
n
Vista'Mare is seeking passionate and motivated Breakfast Chefs to join the opening team of our exciting new all-day dining destination at Crown Sydney.
n
Launching in July **** as part of Maestro Hospitality's acclaimed Italian dining precinct, Vista'Mare will bring together specialty coffee, Italian-inspired breakfast, casual daytime dining, aperitivo culture, premium wines, and exceptional harbour views in a vibrant and welcoming setting.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to the highest standards
n
Assisting with mise en place and daily kitchen preparation
n
Maintaining consistency,



quality, and presentation across all menu items
n
Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy breakfast and lunch services
n
Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
n
Working collaboratively with chefs, kitchen hands, and front of house teams
n
Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to a positive team culture
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar role
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Experience working with Italian cuisine or Mediterranean-inspired menus highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of breakfast service and all-day dining operations
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Reliable, professional, and passionate about hospitality
n
Availability to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
n
