Job Description

I-MED Radiology is hiring a Medical Receptionist in NSW for a full time, Mon-Fri role with shifts 7:30am–8pm and training hours 8:30am–5pm. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-ins, inquiries, and billing.

There is potential to train as a Contact Centre Agent, with responsibilities including inbound bookings and calendar management. The role emphasizes explicit communication, organisation, and attention to detail within a supportive team.
