A healthcare organisation based in Melbourne.

Job Description
Analyse business requirements for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system gaps or inefficiencies.
Provide support for configuration, integration, and testing of SuccessFactors ECP solutions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for users and stakeholders.
Monitor system performance and address technical issues as they arise.
Document processes, configurations, and user guides for the payroll system.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system implementation and operation.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors and related technologies to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SuccessFactors ECP Business Analyst should have:
Solid expertise as a Business Analyst in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or ECC6
Experience working in hospital or with EBAs.

Fixed-term contract with a market-market-competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $150,000 AUD + super.
