Job Description
Life Without Barriers is seeking a seasoned Senior Practice Lead to join the Victoria Out of Home Care team in Geelong. Lead evidence-based practice, deliver skilled learning, and support regional teams to improve outcomes for children, families, and young people.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will mentor staff, drive practice improvement, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to program development while maintaining a focus on client voice.
