The Role:
n
Working closely with project teams, WHSE Advisors, WHSE Managers and operational leaders, you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe, compliant and high-performing work environment across our sites.
n
n
Supporting the implementation of RCC's WHSE systems, standards and project-specific compliance requirements.
n
Assisting with workforce onboarding and inductions.
n
Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations.
n




Supporting risk assessments, SWMS reviews and hazard management activities.
n
Assisting with incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
n
Encouraging proactive hazard reporting and a positive safety culture across project teams.
n
Working closely with site leadership to ensure safe work practices are maintained at all times.
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety or a related discipline.
n
Previous experience in a construction, engineering or safety-related role.
n
ICAM or similar incident investigation training
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A proactive and collaborative approach to safety.Eagerness to learn, develop and build a long-term career in WHSE.
n
