Description

We are looking for a reliable and hands-onEntry-Level Shoe Makerto join our footwear production team.
n
No previous shoemaking experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided. You will learn different stages of the footwear production process, including material preparation, leather cutting, shoe assembly, sole bonding, quality checking and packing.
n
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys practical work, pays attention to detail and is interested in learning footwear-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform various stages of footwear production under supervision.
n
Assist with shoe assembly, including gluing and sole bonding procedures.
n




Check finished products to ensure quality standards are met
n
Pack completed footwear
n
Maintain a clean and organised work area
n
Follow production procedures and workplace safety requirements
n
Assist with other production tasks as required
n

About You
n
n
Eagerness to learn and develop practical footwear-making skills.
n
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
Experience in manufacturing, factory work, or hands-on production environments is advantageous.
n
Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
n
n
Experience in manufacturing, factory work, leatherwork or other hands-on production environments would be an advantage, but is not essential.
