Job Description
BaptistCare is seeking a Customer Service Support for the Camberwell Hub. The role is permanent, full time, with a hybrid work arrangement (home and office).

You will handle phone and email inquiries from Support at home customers and private fee-for-service clients, and support care plans with daily administration. Successful candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably with aged care experience, and an Office Admin qualification or relevant experience.
