Cert III Mobile Plant or Cert III Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Tech
n
Proven leadership capability (formal or informal)
n
Strong diagnostic and repair experience
n
Experience with CAT machinery (advantageous)
n
Safety-first mindset and strong communication skills
