Senior HVAC Technician
n Location: Sutherland Shire, NSW

The Opportunity Are you an experienced HVAC Technician looking for a long-term career opportunity with an established and highly regarded business?
n
Join a cohesive service team working across some of Sydney's most prestigious residential properties, with some commercial work also involved.
n
This is an opportunity to work on high-end HVAC systems, including VRV, while being supported by an experienced Service Manager in a well-organised setting where quality workmanship and exceptional service are highly valued.
n
About the Role This is a field-based service and maintenance position, primarily servicing high-end residential properties, with some commercial work also involved.
n
You'll work across sophisticated HVAC environments and interact directly with high-end customers, making strong communication and a professional approach important to the role.
n
The position operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
n
Candidates living within reasonable proximity to Caringbah / the Sutherland Shire are preferred,



as the role may require collecting equipment and materials from the factory on the way to jobs.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out HVAC service and maintenance
n
Service high-end residential properties
n
Undertake some commercial HVAC work
n
Work with VRV systems
n
Provide qualified service to high-end customers
n
Work collaboratively as part of an experienced service team
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for an experienced HVAC professional with strong technical capability, a solid work ethic and a commitment to quality service.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Strong experience in HVAC service and maintenance
n
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
Experience with VRV systems
n
Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
WHS White Card
n
Strong communication skills
n
A strong work ethic and honest values
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
Ideally, living within reasonable proximity to Caringbah / the Sutherland Shire
n
