About the Role
n
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven RecruitmentOfficer to join our Human Resources team based atour Biloela site in Queensland. This position will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process of
apprentices,trainees,
production and maintenance roles, with a focus on creating anengaging employee onboarding experience.
n
Reporting to our Human Resources Manager, you willidentify and address the workforce needs by planning and
coordinatingrecruitment
activities. This includes managing applicant platforms,
buildingrelationships
with candidates and hiring managers alike, ensuring consistencyacross candidate management and the maintenance and confidentiality ofinformation and records.

Overall responsibilities include:
n

Managinginternal recruitment processes, including talent attraction
activities(advertisement
drafting, posting), phone screening, candidate
selection,interviewing,
reference checking through to employee onboarding.
n
Coordinatingpre-employment activities,



such as pre-employment medical assessments andVEVO compliance checks.
n
Preparingletters of offer and onboarding documentation.
n
Assistingwith planning and coordination of local recruitment campaigns andattraction strategies.
n
Buildingstrong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
n
Supportingthe Human Resources team as required.
n

About You
n
It is essential that you have the
followingexperience/skills:
n
n
Previousexperience in a similar recruitment role.
n
Strongplanning and organisational skills with the ability to manage
competingpriorities.
n
Provenability to provide high-level customer service.
n
Passionateand dedicated work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude and a
continuousimprovement
mindset.
n
Q-fevervaccinated (or willing to get).
n
Qualificationsin Business/Human Resources/Training or other related disciplines.
n
Volume/bulkrecruitment
and assessment centre experience.
n
Experiencewith an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
n
