We are an intimate, chef-driven restaurant with an open kitchen, focused on quality produce, refined technique, and thoughtful food with Italian influence, Asian touches, and seasonal Australian ingredients.

About the roleFull-time position -5 nights - 40 hours per week - 2 Days OffWork closely with our chef/owner in a small professional kitchenPrepare and run your own section during serviceSupport daily prep, plating, organisation, and kitchen standardsBe part of the only award winning restaurant in the area, with strong food, wine,



and hospitality focusAbout youPrevious experience as Sous chef or senior roleCalm, clean, organised, and reliableAble to work under pressure in a small teamPositive attitude and willingness to learnPassionate about quality food and professional kitchen
