MobReady is seeking an Identified Call Centre Manager to lead the brand current Mob-specific call centre in NSW.
You will hire, train and manage a team of 15, and work closely with existing call centres to ensure a smooth transition and high service standards.
This role requires Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander leadership, cultural guidance for the broader team, and involvement in RAP deliverables, all within a hybrid, Olympic Park or Gosford location.
