Neurosensory on the Gold Coast is seeking a Client Care Representative to join our clinical administration team in Benowa.
This permanent full time role (Mon-Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm) supports clients with exceptional service and smooth day-to-day operations.
You will manage appointments, greet clients, handle calls and emails, support client and doctor inquiries, and assist with billing and basic hearing-device troubleshooting.
A collaborative, patient-first mindset is essential.
