This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys combining chairside assisting with reception and wants to build their skills across all areas of the practice.

Job Description
n
As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly and creating a positive experience for every patient.
n
Your day will include a mix of clinical and reception responsibilities, including:
n
n
Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.
n
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards.
n
Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use.
n
Greeting patients with a warm, qualified and caring approach.
n
Scheduling appointments, processing payments and managing patient records.
n
Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email and in person.
n
Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with the confidence to contribute from day one.
n
A positive,



hardworking attitude and a genuine passion for dental care.

Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
n
A commitment to professional development and learning.
n
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC). WWCC information
