Role Description
This role is for an aged care, support worker
responsibilities: The role requires home support for our seniors preparing meals and assistance with ensuring thier homes are kept protected & clean & the devlopment of seniors programes .
The support worker will respond to client inquiries, provide courteous customer service,



and assist with record-keeping,
For this postion You will need:
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a professional, client-focused approach.
Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Previous experience in a support worker role is highly regarded.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both independently and collaboratively on-site in Gladstone, QLD.
Basic understanding of aged are standards ,confidentiality, data privacy, and community services are beneficial but not essential.
