Lead strategictransport initiatives, oversee major project interfaces and guide ahigh-performing team at Manningham.
Provideleadership and continuity across integrated transport projects and strategicadvocacy priorities.
Lead,support and mentor a multidisciplinary team to maintain performance, deliveryand wellbeing.
OverseeCouncil's interface with major infrastructure projects including North EastLink Project during a critical asset handover period.

You'll have the opportunityto take ownership of your work while developing and testing new ideas within aculture of learning to deliver excellent outcomes for Manningham.
About the role
This role leads integrated transport initiativesacross Manningham, combining strategic oversight with hands‐on leadership of ahigh‐performing team.
It also manages Council's interface with majorinfrastructure projects, ensuring continuity of key projects and delivery ofhigh-quality transport outcomes and during a critical asset handover period.
Skills and experience
Tertiary qualified in transport planning, civilengineering, planning, project management (infrastructure) or a related field,with significant experience delivering complex transport projects.
Demonstrated leadership and people managementexperience, with the ability to quickly build rapport, support staff andmaintain team performance.
Strong organisational and delivery focus, withthe ability to manage competing priorities and ensure continuity acrossmultiple workstreams.
Sound knowledge of transport planning, policy,and government processes (including local government), particularly in relationto major infrastructure projects.
Well-developed stakeholder management andcommunication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships and representCouncil effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills,including preparation of clear and timely reports and advice.




Proven ability to oversee projects and programs,ensuring delivery within scope, timelines and budget.
