Venues by Only began in ****, when founder Julien Moussi opened his very first venue in Melbourne.
What started as a single venue has grown into one of Melbourne's most exciting hospitality groups, with more than 39 venues created across the city and 13 currently operating-including specialty coffee roastery, Inglewood Coffee Roasters, and our newest South Yarra venue, The Godby Hotel.
And we're not slowing down.
With another exciting recent venue launching soon and plenty more in the pipeline, it's an exciting time to be part of what's next for Venues by Only.
We're looking for a creative, switched-on Marketing Specialist to join and help bring our brands, venues and biggest ideas to life.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll be at the centre of campaigns, content and brand moments across our growing hospitality portfolio.
From launching new venues and building exciting campaigns to creating social content, EDMs, events and everything in between, no two days will look the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination & Brand Management:
Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns aligned with key calendar moments.
Develop clear, consistent campaign messaging and copy across all channels.
Ensure all marketing outputs maintain brand consistency across tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity.
Email Marketing:
Design, write, and schedule targeted email campaigns, including engaging subject lines and persuasive copy to promote seasonal offers, events, and key initiatives.
Segment audiences to deliver personalised and relevant communications.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, and conversions),
Events & Key Moments:
Promote and support the execution of campaigns and key calendar events.
Write and create content to support social media and digital promotion of events.
Capture and produce content during events to maximise engagement and post-event coverage.
Contribute to the development of marketing activations that drive foot traffic and customer engagement.
Social Media Management:
Develop, execute, and manage the planning and scheduling of organic social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Write compelling, on-brand copy for all social content, ensuring tone of voice is consistent and engaging.
Plan and manage paid Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign setup, copywriting, creative direction, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.
What We're Looking For:
1–2 years experience in a marketing or content role hospitality experience a bonus
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of brand consistency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive can do attitude and willingness to jump into anything
Ability to thrive in a fast paced creative environment
A deep understanding of the hospitality scene—favourite coffee spots, go-to bars, and can't-miss weeknight specials.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
