About the role
The Human Resources Officer is a member of the broader People & Culture team and provides support to the Senior Human Resources Officer and Director of People & Culture.
In addition, the Human Resources Officer delivers high quality support and assistance to employees and managers across GEO Healthcare.
Based at GEO Healthcare's Head Office in Melbourne CBD, this role is responsible for a range of HR and recruitment activities that contribute to effective and efficient People & Culture systems and processes.
You will play a key role in supporting workforce growth through the coordination of end to end recruitment activities for a new healthcare location, while also contributing to broader HR initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes from advertisement through to appointment




Providing advice and guidance on GEO Healthcare policies and procedures
Preparing employment contracts and other confidential HR documentation
Maintaining employee records in accordance with legislative requirements
Supporting HR projects, initiatives and system improvements
Assisting managers and employees with day to day HR enquiries
