Residential Home Supervisor
to lead a dedicated team while helping create safe, supportive, and meaningful lives for the individuals we serve.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and support residential caregiving staff
Oversee daily routines, activities, and resident care
Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are supported
Work closely with families, staff, agencies, and healthcare professionals
Assist with hiring, interviewing, scheduling, and staff training
Maintain accurate documentation and licensing/accreditation requirements
Manage the home's budget and resources
Participate in scheduled on-call support
Promote WSC's quality standards and a culture of teamwork
