You will manage bookings by phone, deliver excellent patient care, and assist referrers and clinicians with queries.
You will also handle administration, results, billing and reception tasks while rotating between call centre and clinic duties.
Comprehensive training is provided to kickstart your career, with a fixed Monday–Friday shift pattern and rosters prepared four weeks in advance.
