Senior Associate or Special Counsel | Major Projects & Energy Infrastructure
Location: Sydney
We are pleased to be representing a market-leading Construction and Major Projects team housed in a global heavyweight firm.
The practice is privy to complex developments both regionally and nationally led by industry groundbreakers.
The Chance
As a Senior member of the practice you will spearhead the provision of strategic advice during the early development phases and structuring of projects in the cross section of the infrastructure and energy sectors.
This will include joint venture arrangements, supply contracts, connection agreements, EPC, D&C;, O&M; and PPPs.
You will work shoulder to shoulder with Partners,



mentor staff, and actively contribute to business development, leveraging a global client network to drive practice growth.
About You
We are looking for a pedigreed Senior Associate or Counsel with a commercial mindset and the legal nous to navigate complex circumstances.
