For Purpose Aged Care is opening a brand-recent, state-of-the-art 180-bed residence in South Bunbury and seeks a Full-Time Clinical Care Coordinator.
You will provide daily clinical leadership to RN, EN and PCA teams and help establish high-quality care systems with the Residential Manager.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a clinical leadership role in aged or acute care, is an AHPRA-registered RN, and can lead staff development, care planning and governance.
