Personal Care Worker- Community Based
We're looking for a
compassionate and reliable Personal Care Worker
to support Home Care clients across
Melbourne's North, West and East
, including
Melton, Sunbury, Doreen, Craigieburn, Greensborough, Mill Park, Pascoe Vale, Moonee Ponds, Laverton, Point Cook, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Yarraville, Newport, Sunshine, Ringwood, Croydon, Wantirna, Boronia, Ferntree Gully, Rowville, Glen Waverley and surrounding areas.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalised, in-home care and support to help clients maintain their independence and wellbeing, while building genuine connections and making a positive difference every day.
Hours are generally between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
Depending on each client's individual needs, your duties may include:
Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Showering and grooming support
Respite care
Light domestic assistance
As you'll be supporting multiple clients across different locations throughout your shift,



you'll need access to a reliable vehicle and be comfortable travelling across the region.
Availability from Monday to Friday is highly desirable.

To be successful, you'll have:
Experience in a similar personal care or aged care role
A reliable, fully insured vehicle and a current driver's licence
A National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
Proof of Australian working rights
Current Manual Handling, First Aid and CPR certificates
A minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations
Willing to travel 30 minutes in between clients
