We're currently working with a leading national civil contractor who are gearing up for a strong pipeline of civil infrastructure projects across Melbourne.
With multiple projects kicking off across the North, West and South-East, they are looking to bring on several experienced Civil Supervisors to join the team.
The Role
Take ownership of day-to-day site delivery across civil infrastructure projects
Lead site crews, subcontractors and project teams
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Coordinate resources, materials, plant and subcontractors
Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to keep projects on program
Monitor quality, safety and productivity across site
Assist with resolving issues and keeping projects moving
About You
We're looking for experienced Civil Supervisors who are confident running sites and taking ownership of delivery.
Ideally, you'll have:




Strong experience supervising civil infrastructure projects including roads, highways, bridges, water infrastructure and more
Solid understanding of construction methodology and site delivery
Experience managing crews and subcontractors
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work closely with Engineers and Project Managers
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to get things done
