Royal Rehab Ryde is seeking a Senior Social Worker and Case Manager for our Brain Injury Unit.
You will support clients through recovery, provide evidence-based social work and case management, and ensure smooth discharges back into the community.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, advocating for clients and families, coordinating services, and contributing to ongoing service development.
AASW-eligible Social Worker with experience in health/rehabilitation is preferred.
