Parts Interpreter
Are you a customer-focused parts professional with experience in heavy vehicles, engines, or mechanical components?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Distribution Centre in Wacol.
About the Role
Provide technical parts support to dealers and branches for engine, transmission and chassis components.
Respond to customer enquiries and identify the correct parts solutions.
Liaise with OEM partners to resolve complex technical queries.
Assist with order tracking, vendor availability and new part number creation.
Support inventory management and freight systems.
Train customers in the use of electronic parts catalogues and tools.
Provide feedback to internal departments to drive process and inventory improvements.
About You
Previous Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor or Parts Specialist experience.
Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, diesel engines, or related equipment.
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Confidence working with computer systems and parts databases.
The ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
