About the Role
As a
Recruitment Manager
, you'll lead by example in a 360° recruitment capacity, combining your own recruitment and business development expertise with the opportunity to coach, develop and elevate a team.
You'll play a key role in building a strong team culture, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants




Driving business development and strengthening client partnerships
Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates
Supporting consultants to achieve and exceed their recruitment and revenue targets
Setting performance expectations and creating a high-performing team culture
Sharing best practice, developing capability and fostering collaboration
Contributing to the strategic growth and development of the Brisbane business
What You Bring
Proven success in 360° recruitment with a robust track record of delivery and business development
Previous leadership experience, or a strong desire to take the next step into people management
A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for developing people
Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to lead from the front and set the standard for your team
