About the Role
As an IT Intern, you'll assist end users with day-to-day support requests, onboard and offboard users including laptop and mobile build/configuration, and learn about network and system administration in an enterprise setting.
You'll gain hands-on experience supporting SG Fleet's infrastructure and service delivery while developing your technical problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist end users with daily support requests across SG Fleet systems
Onboard and offboard users, including laptop and mobile build/configuration
Learn and support network and system administration in an enterprise environment
Maintain IT asset records and assist with hardware/software lifecycle management
Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery and user experience
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the **** SG Fleet Internship Program, you must:
Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen with full working rights
Be in your final year of undergraduate study in ****
Be available to participate in the internship program based at SG Fleet's Sydney Head Office in Pymble, NSW (with a move to North Sydney in April ****)
What's Next
This internship is open to final-year university students.
You'll be based at SG Fleet's Head office with easy access via train and our complimentary shuttle bus.
Recruitment Process & Key Dates
