As Venue General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Mount Gravatt venue bringing the energy, setting the tone, and leading a team that loves what they do.
You'll make sure every shift runs smoothly, every guest leaves happy, and the vibe stays high every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead by example and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Keep the energy up and ensure the venue is running like clockwork.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory and stock management.
Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team.
Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and venue performance.
Take ownership of venue P&L.;
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced leaders from hospitality or retail (bonus points for QSR experience!).
