About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on
Aluminium Tray Assembler
to join our team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to move into a full time position after a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble aluminium trays in accordance with assembly process instructions
Cut materials and manufacture tray components as required
Ensure all work is completed accurately according to job cards and quality assurance processes
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail




Support and uphold Lean Manufacturing principles
Assist with general workshop tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in assembly or a similar hands-on role (preferred but not essential)
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
