Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Transaction Banking teams and support functions.
High attention to detail, risk awareness, and commitment to maintaining operational controls and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
