The role supports leadership development, employee engagement and workforce performance on a 0.6 FTE, 12-month contract.
Reporting to the Divisional Head People and Performance, you will design, implement and evaluate OD programs, assist with change initiatives and provide practical guidance to build capability across the organisation.
