About The Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to Defence personnel, visitors, and staff.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who bring a customer-first mindset, a positive approach, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Your Responsibilities Includes
Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)
Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
About You




Demonstrated prior experience in hospitality & catering services
Current Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Required)
Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service.
Defence Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance.
As a result, applicants must be Australian Citizens.
