Lifestyle Assistant
to join our team at the
St Pauls
Residential Facility on a
part-time
basis.

About Your Role
As a Lifestyle Assistant at St Pauls, you will design and deliver engaging individual and group activities to support residents' emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and facilitating lifestyle programs tailored to individual resident needs
Supporting recent residents as they transition and settle into the home
Documenting participation and outcomes of lifestyle activities accurately and in a timely manner
Advocating for residents and addressing any concerns or requests with care and professionalism
Maintaining compliance with aged care quality standards and organisational policies
Assisting with the evaluation of residents' wellbeing and providing relevant updates to nursing staff
Contributing to safe, respectful, and enjoyable living environments for all residents
What You'll Bring
Essential:
Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Current First Aid Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence
Sound understanding of aged care related issues and person-centred care principles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and collaboratively within a diverse, team-based setting
Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, Certificate III in Aged Care, or an equivalent qualification
Desirable:
Italian language skills (advantageous, though not essential)
