Provide timely and practical HR advice to managers and employees
Coordinate and manage key employee lifecycle activities
Assist leaders with workforce planning and organisational changes
Coach and support managers in the application of HR policies and procedures
Partner with recruitment teams to support talent acquisition and onboarding activities
Assist with performance review and talent management processes
Support workplace health, safety and wellbeing initiatives
Contribute to HR projects, policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and company policies
Prepare HR reports and workforce insights to support decision-making
Partner with operational and corporate stakeholders across a diverse national workforce
Support initiatives driving employee engagement, capability development and organisational performance
Requirements
Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People & Culture Advisor or similar generalist HR role
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations principles
Experience managing employee relations matters and providing advice to leaders
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
Experience working within a multi-site or operational environment is highly regarded
Strong Microsoft Office skills and exposure to HRIS platforms
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and influencing abilities
