Your role will include:
Liaising with clients, other lawyers, counsel and colleagues
Advising and negotiating on complex property & financial settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements and child support agreements
Court attendances and briefing Counsel
Preparation for and attendances at mediations
Leading,



supporting and developing a team
What You Need to excel in this role?
Minimum 3+ years' experience
in family law (Family Accreditation is favorably looked upon) and be located in Melbourne.
A thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset
To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively
Be client-focused
& competent in providing advice and representation
Strong attention to detail
and be professionally presented
Ability to lead and motivate a team
In-depth understanding of Family Law and procedures
Market-competitive salary packages (based upon experience) $130,000 - $180,000,
