You will own estimating and tendering across commercial fitout projects, from early opportunity through to handover to delivery.
This hands-on role requires robust cost planning, bid strategy with senior leaders, and the ability to produce compelling tender submissions while building robust relationships with subcontractors and clients.
Construction knowledge and market awareness are essential.
