Infinite Aged Care in Windsor, NSW, is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join the Operations team.
This full time, site-based role leads frontline rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts to ensure staffing stability for residents and staff.
You will partner with the workforce optimisation team, manage roster changes and backfills, train users of the timekeeping system, and handle confidential rostering data in line with policy.
