What you'll be doing
Diagnose and repair various forklift models and components, including hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engines
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalte
Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on forklift care and operation
Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications in automotive or mechanical engineering,



with a focus on forklift maintenance and repair
Proven experience as a forklift service technician, preferably in a field-based role
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve a wide range of forklift issues
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
salary$73,150 $80,000 per annum +super
